Tim has an extensive background in resource and reserve estimation, mine design, production scheduling, equipment selection, cost estimation, and mine decommissioning and rehabilitation. Tim’s industry experience includes senior-level operations and engineering management positions in both North America and Australia. He has negotiated and managed mining contracts and EPC/EPCM contracts on behalf of mining companies, and he has extensive knowledge regarding mine safety and health regulatory compliance. Tim has participated in and managed a wide range of studies including scoping studies, owner-mining studies, feasibilities, and mine optimizations. He has extensive experience with due diligence investigations and independent engineer (IE) monitoring in support of lenders and minority interest holders. The scope of international projects he has reviewed includes diamonds, gold, silver, copper, iron ore, niobium, lithium, lead, zinc, tungsten, and molybdenum.
